At the Product Development and Quality Management Center, staff members with specialized knowledge work to improve production technology and quality management at plants. Also, to ensure safe and secure product delivery, they conduct quality management activities in partnership with suppliers and propose new products that meet customer needs.
Quality Management
We conduct thorough inspections and verifications using quality analysis (physicochemical value, microbial testing, etc.) of materials and products supplied by parties in Japan and overseas, and always make sure to deliver safe and trustworthy products to our customers. In addition, when producing overseas, a team of professionals from our company carry out onsite audits and provide guidance in order to export and market only products that meet Japanese quality and hygiene standards.
Product Development
We strive to develop products that meet customers’ changing needs and that also open up new horizons for the company. As such, we are excited to take on the challenge of developing private brand products.
